What deductions are there on n11 besides commission?
On n11, two fees are deducted in addition to the category commission: the marketing service fee (1% + VAT in most categories, 0.17% + VAT for investment gold) and the marketplace service fee (0.67% + VAT). The commission rate itself includes VAT and is applied to the VAT-inclusive sale price.
The formula in plain text: Net profit = Sale price ÷ (1 + VAT rate) − Sale price × commission rate ÷ 1.2 − Sale price × total service fees − shipping − product cost. Because the source list does not state on which amount the service fees are charged, the calculator applies them to the same amount as the commission; we recommend comparing with your own deduction statement.
Example: how much is the n11 profit on a camping tent?
The camping tent is listed on n11 under Outdoor & Camping › Camping Equipment with a 16% commission.
In this example the service fees look small next to the commission, but on high-priced products they grow in absolute terms. The curve in the calculator shows how profit changes when you change the price.
How much do n11 commission rates vary by category?
n11's list contains 3,735 subcategories; rates range from 5.09% to 28%. Even under the same main category the rate can vary:
| Subcategory | Rate (VAT included) |
|---|---|
| Outdoor camera | %10 |
| Camping tent, sleeping bag, camping furniture | %16 |
| Outdoor shoes and boots | %18 |
| Toys (LEGO, puzzles, plush) | %18 |
| Bed linen set | %20 |
| Outdoor clothing (jacket, fleece, thermal) | %20,34 |
Rates are taken from the official list, version dated 6 October 2026. The list also has a separate rate column for new sellers, valid until 31 December 2026; it is 0% in most categories and 6% or 7% in twenty categories. Service fees continue to be deducted at this rate too. If you are considering opening a store, see the article how to open a store on n11.
How do I enter the shipping cost on n11?
You can take shipping from n11's special carrier agreement tariff or enter the amount of your own agreement. When “From contracted tariff” is selected, the VAT-exclusive price by desi and carrier appears; in the conditional shipping campaign, a fixed tariff applies up to 5 desi and for carts under 300 TL.
To see the difference between carriers, use the shipping cost calculator.
How do I compare n11 profit with the profit on my own site?
On your own e-commerce site there is no commission or the two service fees; instead you have payment deductions, site costs and ad spend for traffic. The right comparison is to put the per-order profit of the same product on the two channels side by side.
Get the n11 result here and your own site's result with the profit margin calculator. To include the ad share in orders that come from ads, the ROAS calculator will help.
If you benefit from the new-seller rate, also run the comparison with the table rate: you will see in advance how much your profit will change when the base rate applies after 31 December 2026. This is the simplest way to plan when to put more weight on your own site.
