What Is Roket?

An Event Happens, Roket Takes Action

Roket monitors events in your store: a new registration, a product left in the cart, an unfinished payment, an order shipped or delivered, a product running low on stock… When the event occurs, it follows the flow you set up: it sends email and SMS, generates a personalized coupon, groups customers into segments, tags products, moves them to a category or pushes them up or down on the storefront. Messages go out through your store’s own email account and SMS provider.

01

Wins Back Sales Left in the Cart

A reminder goes to the customer who left a product in the cart; if they don’t click, a second email with a coupon is sent. When the customer places an order, the flow stops by itself.

02

Rescues Unfinished Payments

Sends an email with a link that completes the payment in one click to an order whose payment was not completed. It stops when the payment is received or the order is cancelled.

03

Calls Back Dormant Customers

Sends a “We miss you” coupon to customers who haven’t ordered for a long time. You set the period and the discount.

04

Organizes the Catalog by Itself

Adds a tag to best sellers, moves out-of-stock products to the end of the storefront, gathers new arrivals in a category and moves the most visited products to the top.

05

Simplifies Bulk Campaigns

Sends an email or SMS campaign to opted-in customers, a customer group or a segment, immediately or at a later date.

06

Measures the Result

Shows sent, opened and clicked messages, orders and revenue coming from the automation, and coupons generated and used.

Safety settings

Without overwhelming customers, and compliant with the rules

Frequency limit

After one marketing message, no new one is sent to the same customer for the number of days you set.

Quiet hours

SMS are not sent during the hours you set; the flow resumes where it left off when quiet hours end.

Consent and unsubscribing

Email and SMS can be set to go only to customers who have given consent; every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Preventing repeats

With stop conditions, exclusions and the re-trigger setting, it does not run again unnecessarily for the same customer or product.

Emergency switch

When “Engine Active” is turned off, no automation runs; with one click they all stop.

Ready-made ones come inactive

An automation set up from the gallery does not run until you review and activate it.
