   Transfers Between Warehouses: Stay in Control of Stock Even in Transit

   Sending products from a warehouse to a store, or from a store to a warehouse, is now handled end to end in the panel. Open a transfer request, approve it, pick it and ship it; the receiving side scans the products to accept them. Stock is automatically written to the right place at every step, items in transit appear separately, and late transfers stand out in red in the list. Your staff can be authorized to see only their own warehouse. Turn it on with one click from Warehouse Settings.

   Your Phone Is Now a Handheld Terminal

   Camera barcode scanning has been rebuilt from scratch: with a scan frame, flashlight and zoom buttons, it reads quickly even on a dim shelf, and it works smoothly on iPhone too. In the new continuous scan mode the camera stays open: scan products one after another for shelving, picking from the shelf, shelf transfers and counting, and see each result instantly on top of the camera view. The same barcode is never counted twice. Turn it on with Warehouse Settings > Continuous Scanning with Camera.

   A Brand-New, Fast Screen for In-Store Sales

   No more waiting at the checkout: arrange frequently sold products in quick lists, choose the quantity with a single tap, and scan barcodes one after another with your phone camera. Close a cash sale in one move, apply a basket coupon and a payment-type discount at the register, and keep your hands on the keyboard with keyboard shortcuts. As soon as the sale ends, stock is synced with your online store. The new screen is turned on in settings; the screen you are used to is one click away.

   Which Warehouse and Which Shelf Is Your Product In? All in One List

   Select “All warehouses” at the top of Warehouse Reports and all your warehouses open in a single list. The new Warehouse column shows how many units of a product are in which warehouse, and the Cells column shows which shelf it is waiting on. In-stock products that have not been put on a shelf are on the same screen too; find what you are looking for across stores and warehouses in seconds.

   Let’s talk profit, not revenue. The new Profit and Loss Report in order reports compares every product sold with its purchase price at the time of the order: sales, cost, gross profit and net profit after discounts, side by side. See at a glance which product earns you money with the daily chart and per-product profit and margin; the report flags products with a missing purchase price for you.

   With Catalog > Marketplace Product Comparison, compare your Trendyol and Hepsiburada listings with your Faprika products. Unmatched listings, products with no marketplace listing and unmatched products on sale are in separate tabs. Turn a listing that is not in Faprika into a product with one click and miss no sale.

   All Customer Questions in One Inbox

   Questions from Trendyol, Hepsiburada, N11, Çiçek Sepeti and Pazarama now appear on a single screen: status tabs on the left, product and question history on the right. Type “/code” to insert a ready-made reply in a second, have the product and customer name filled in automatically, and send with Ctrl+Enter. A fast reply means a happier customer on the marketplace.
