No, we do not charge our users when a new version of Faprika is released. Faprika offers free updates so that our current and prospective customers can always use the latest version. This way, as your business grows or your needs change, you can grow together with Faprika.
Will I Have to Pay Extra for Hosting?
No, as long as you do not exceed the traffic volume included in your plan, you do not have to pay anything extra. For as long as you use our e-commerce infrastructure, paying the annual renewal fees is enough.
Do I Need to Own a Company for My Customers to Pay by Credit Card?
Yes, you need a tax certificate to use payment systems. To offer credit card payments, the tax certificate must be submitted to the banks, which is only possible if you own a company.
Will I Pay a Fee in the Second Year for My E-Commerce Site, and How Much?
Yes, you need to pay a certain fee annually. However, you will only pay 50% of the plan price you purchased, that is, half of it.
Which third-party applications can Faprika integrate with?
With Faprika, you can integrate your e-commerce site with many popular third-party applications such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, marketplaces, ERP software, shipping companies and payment systems. If you would like us to integrate with a system we do not support yet, write to us right away.
