What Is Landing Page?

A landing page is a specially designed web page to which visitors are usually directed through advertising campaigns, email marketing or social media. These pages are created to encourage visitors to take a specific action (for example, buying a product or filling out a form). An effective landing page should be free of distractions and focused on getting the visitor to take the intended action.
