How Does the Shipping Process Work?
When you confirm the order, the details are sent to Interline Express at the same time and a shipment record is created. The resulting tracking number is added to the order automatically; your customer can follow the shipment status with the "Where is my parcel?" option. This reduces errors caused by manual work and lets your team spend its time on sales.
Pickup from Your Address
You do not need to take your parcels to a branch. Interline Express collects your shipments from your address; a pickup arrangement suited to your operation can be set up for daily or high-volume shipments.
Collect and Non-Collect Shipping
If you sell with cash on delivery, you use collect shipping; for orders already paid on the site, you use non-collect shipping. You can manage your different sales models with a single carrier.
Domestic and International Shipping
Besides domestic shipping to everywhere in Türkiye, you can deliver your products to international customers with the international shipping service. Used together with Faprika's e-Export solution, the logistics of your overseas sales run from the same panel.
