The Mikro Accounting integration connects your Mikro V14 or V15 ERP to your e-commerce site and marketplace stores. Data is exchanged from a single point: product and stock information flows from the accounting program to your site, and orders are written to the accounting program and invoiced. It is designed for businesses that sell through multiple channels, where tracking stock manually is both laborious and error-prone.
How Does the Integration Work?
The integration works two-way with the program's SQL database. Your products and stock are pulled from the accounting program to your e-commerce site; you view product, stock and price information on your site. Orders placed on your site are written to the accounting program and invoiced.
Sales Channel and Shipping Information on the Order
Orders that arrive in the accounting program include the shipping details of the products and the sales channel the order came from. This way you can see in one place which marketplace you sell more through. Stock is checked for orders from all marketplaces, and order invoices are created automatically.
Product, Customer Account and Collection Records
The integration works across product, customer account, order, POS collection and marketplace headings. After an order is written, a collection record is assigned. Data such as warehouse stock, barcodes, product names in foreign languages and images is updated in the channels you are integrated with.
