What Is Digital Wallet?

A system designed to digitally store credit card, debit card and other payment information on electronic devices (especially smartphones) and use it in payment transactions. Digital wallets make it possible to pay or transfer money quickly and securely. Services such as Apple Pay, Google Wallet and Samsung Pay fall into this category.
