What Is Micro Export?

Micro export is the shipping of products that fall below certain weight and value limits to buyers abroad by cargo or post, generally through e-commerce sites and marketplaces. In Türkiye, these shipments are made with a simpler customs process using the Electronic Commerce Customs Declaration (ETGB) and are recorded as exports. Micro export is the most common way for small and medium-sized businesses to sell abroad without major investment; current limits should be checked in the regulations of the Ministry of Trade.
