Faprika's Asil Kargo integration lets you ship the orders you receive from your e-commerce site and marketplaces through a single carrier. If each of your sales channels works with different carriers and different rates, a single agreement with one carrier lets you manage the shipments of all channels under the same pricing policy.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
You send the orders coming from your site and marketplaces to the carrier in bulk. The courier who comes to collect the products assigns a shipping code to each order. As soon as the code is created, an automatic message is sent to the customer and the tracking number is entered into the order.
Single Rate Agreement for All Channels
The rate you agree on with the carrier applies to all shipments from your site and marketplaces. This way, you can price your products based on a known shipping cost, independent of the sales channel. To collect marketplace orders in Faprika, see the marketplace integration page.
Customer Notification Based on Your Template
When the shipping code is created, the message sent to your customer goes out by email or SMS, according to the template you use. Your customer sees where the shipment is at that moment with the tracking number; you monitor the process from the panel wherever you have an internet connection.
