Faprika's Ofis Kargo integration collects shipments from your site and marketplaces in a single panel. You set your shipping fee yourself with the carrier, without being tied to the marketplaces' shipping rates.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
You prepare the order, print the barcode and hand the package to the carrier; all the following steps proceed automatically. The tracking number is recorded on the order automatically, and your customer follows their shipment with "Where is my package?". The shipment's status is displayed in real time.
Standard, Same-Day and VIP Delivery
In addition to standard delivery, Ofis Kargo offers same-day and VIP delivery options. Shipments include information such as estimated arrival time, delivery order and interactive notes; with live shipment tracking, your customer sees where their package is. For delivery solutions tailored to your business, you can talk to the carrier separately.
