The My Ses Express Kargo integration connects the shipping operations of the products you sell to the Faprika panel. The shipment is registered once at the carrier branch; you do not need to print the same order again and again. For your local shipments you can agree your own price with the carrier and work independently of marketplace shipping fees.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
When you confirm the order, the information is passed to the carrier. You hand over the package with its barcode; the tracking code is received automatically and recorded on the order. After you dispatch the shipment, you do not need to look up or enter the tracking number manually.
The Tracking Code Reaches Your Customer
Once the tracking code is generated, you notify your customer by email, SMS or the notification tool in the template you prefer. The customer uses the code to follow the shipment directly through the carrier's system. Shipping can be tracked easily not only by customers but also by site administrators and your team.
Tracking Code in Marketplace Orders
The tracking code is also updated for orders coming from marketplaces; your customer who buys on the marketplace sees the order status with the tracking number. To collect marketplace orders in Faprika, see the marketplace integration page.
