The Kuveyt Türk virtual POS integration lets you collect payment by card for the orders on your e-commerce site. Because the bank's common payment page is used, your customer enters card details directly in the bank's environment. It suits businesses that want to accept payments in full or in installments and set the installment structure according to their own sales plan.
How Does the Payment Process Work?
Once you enter the virtual POS details provided by the bank into the Faprika panel, the payment option is ready to use on your site. Your customer enters their card at the payment step and the transaction is verified with 3D Secure. Successful payments are automatically recorded on the order with the “Payment Completed” status; if verification fails, the order appears as “Payment Not Received”.
Number of Installments and Interest Are in Your Hands
You decide how many installments to offer at which amounts according to your marketing plan. If you wish, you can add an installment surcharge to installment sales, or offer interest-free installments during campaign periods. Your customer chooses to pay in full or in installments on the same payment screen.
Turkish and English Payment Screen
The payment page can be used in Turkish and English. Your customers abroad also complete the payment step in a language they understand.
Fast Payment with a Saved Card
With the Card Storage feature in the Ultimate and Elite plans, your customers can save their cards for later purchases. A returning customer completes the payment step without retyping card details.
