Description
The Ziraat Bank virtual POS integration lets you accept credit card and bank card payments on your e-commerce site. The payment step runs through Ziraat Bank's secure payment page; your customer enters card details on the bank's page, and you see the payment result together with the order in the Faprika panel. It suits businesses that want to sell by card and set up installment options according to their own campaigns.
How Does the Payment Process Work?
Your customer selects their card at the payment step and enters their details. During 3D Secure verification, they confirm the transaction by entering the SMS code sent to their mobile phone on the payment screen. Successful card payments automatically arrive in the Faprika panel on the order with the "Payment Completed" status; if verification fails, the order is marked "Payment Failed". Installment Sales
You can offer installment options on Ziraat Bank cards and decide yourself whether to pass on the maturity difference in deferred sales. You can change the installment setup according to your campaign periods.
Bulk and Periodic Collection
This virtual POS also offers bulk collection. Receiving your payments in bulk at certain periods helps you put your income and expenses on a regular schedule.
Orders with Incomplete Payment
To keep orders whose payment could not be received from piling up in the panel, you can enable the "Cancel Orders Without Payment" option under "Configuration > Settings > Order Settings" and set a time period. Orders not completed within this period are canceled automatically.
