It suits businesses that want to sell products in installments and track payment transactions from one place.
How Does the Payment Process Work?
Your customer enters their card details at the payment step; the details are sent to the bank, which runs its checks and returns an approval or decline response for the transaction. Approved payments are recorded on the order in the Faprika panel automatically with the status "Payment Completed", and declined ones with the status "Payment Failed". This way you can follow the payment result of every order from the panel.
Application Is Made With the Bank
For a virtual POS, you need to open a commercial account at the bank and sign the required documents. The bank also requires certain features on your e-commerce site. The Faprika team guides you through the application, setup and testing stages; all you need to do is send us your request.
Installments on Card Finans Cards
The QNB FinansBank virtual POS is listed in Faprika together with the Card Finans card program. You can offer your customers the option to buy your products in installments.
You Can Also Update the Payment Status Manually
If you also use bank transfer or cash on delivery alongside card payments, those orders arrive with the status "Awaiting Payment"; when you receive the payment, you update the status to "Payment Completed" from the panel. Details are in the Payment Status Operations guide.
