Description
The İş Bankası virtual POS integration lets you accept payments with domestic and foreign cards on your e-commerce site. You can accept payments with credit and debit cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB and MIR logos, and allow your customers to use their card points when shopping. It is suitable for businesses that also sell to buyers abroad.
How Does the Payment Process Work?
When your customer enters their card details, the bank performs its checks and asks the customer to approve the transaction; 3D Secure verification is used for purchases made with a debit card. Approved payments are automatically recorded on the order in the Faprika panel with the status "Payment Completed", and the collected amount is transferred to your account. If verification fails, the order appears as "Payment Not Received".
Points on Maximum Cards
The İş Bankası virtual POS is listed in Faprika together with the Maximum card program. Your customers can complete their purchase by using their card points at payment.
Bank Criteria and SSL
The bank expects businesses it provides a virtual POS to meet certain criteria; the steps related to your e-commerce site are easily completed with the Faprika infrastructure. During payment, your customer's identity and card details are protected by an SSL certificate.
Return Requests and Store Points
Your customer's return requests are listed under the "Orders > Return Requests" tab. You can process the return as a payment refund or transfer the amount to the customer's account as store points; store points are used on the site for a new purchase.
