Sipay is a payment institution that brings card and cardless payment methods together in one place. With the integration in Faprika, while accepting card payments on your site through a virtual POS, you also offer customers who don't want to share their card information the option to pay with a digital wallet. It suits businesses that want to manage multiple payment methods from a single account without making separate agreements with different banks.
What Happens at the Payment Step?
The customer chooses a payment method; if paying by card, the transaction goes through the virtual POS, and if paying by wallet, through the digital wallet. The result is recorded on the order: an order whose payment is received moves on to preparation, while an order whose payment is not received waits in a separate status.
Wallet Payment Without Giving a Card
Some customers don't want to re-enter their card information on every site. The wallet payment option lets these customers complete their purchase without entering card information.
Alternative Payments in a Single Panel
The digital wallet infrastructure, mobile payment, bank transfer, and card and cardless payments come together in the same system. You can also benefit from products such as a corporate digital wallet and virtual IBAN for your business.
Products Used Outside the Website
The payment institution's bulk money transfer, manual POS, mobile POS, subscription management and pay-by-link products are useful for your collections outside the site; for sales outside the website, you can also collect payment by sending a link.
Reports, Disputes and Partial Refunds
With detailed sales reports you monitor your collections, follow chargeback dispute processes and, when needed, refund part of a payment. The refund flow on the Faprika side is described in the Cancellations and Refunds guide.
