What are customer reviews in e-commerce?

Customer reviews in e-commerce are feedback in which users who have bought products or services on online shopping sites share their experiences, opinions and suggestions. These reviews help other potential customers get more detailed information about the product and make their purchasing decisions more consciously. They also give e-commerce sites an opportunity to measure customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
