What Is Pre-Information Form?

A document prepared in distance sales contracts to give the consumer detailed information about the product or service to be purchased. This form ensures that the consumer has full and accurate information about the product or service. In Türkiye, in distance sales, sellers are legally required to present this form to consumers and obtain their approval. The form contains information on matters such as the subject of the sale, the total amount, and payment and delivery details.
