What Is Virtual POS?

A virtual POS is a payment system that enables payments made by credit card or debit card in online stores to be carried out securely. Once the purchase is completed, the virtual POS receives the customer's card details, forwards them to the bank and checks whether the payment has been approved. If the payment is approved, the transaction is completed. This system enables e-commerce sites to accept online payments.
