What Is Sales Funnel?

It is a marketing model that represents the stages a customer goes through until purchasing a product or service. A sales funnel generally consists of four stages: awareness, interest, decision and action. These stages of the customer journey describe the process from a potential customer's first encounter with a brand to the completion of the purchase.
