Faprika's DİA integration connects this system to your e-commerce site: your products and stock are not kept in two separate places, and your sales do not come back to your accounting team as a job to be entered one by one. It is a natural step for businesses that already keep their records in DİA and are starting or growing online sales.
How Does the Integration Work?
Your product and stock information is transferred from DİA to your e-commerce site; a stock update you make in the ERP is reflected on your site too. Orders coming to your site are written to DİA, and the invoicing process continues there. This way you do not need to enter an order once on the site and once more in the ERP; errors caused by moving data manually between two systems disappear.
Marketplace Orders in the Same Flow
If you sell on marketplaces through Faprika, orders coming from marketplaces are also collected in the Faprika panel and transferred to DİA in the same way. Because stock is managed from a single source, a product sold in one channel also decreases in the others; selling a product that is out of stock is prevented.
Access from Anywhere with a Cloud ERP
Because DİA runs in the cloud, your accounting team, warehouse team and sales team reach the same data from different places. Since the Faprika panel is also used from the browser and the phone, you can follow your e-commerce operation and your ERP records without being tied to the office.
e-Invoice and e-Archive Processes
DİA offers e-Transformation modules such as e-Invoice, e-Archive and e-Waybill within itself. Once your orders are transferred to DİA, you can continue to issue your official documents through the ERP you use.
