The Halk Bankası virtual POS integration lets you accept debit and credit card payments on your e-commerce site. It brings the job of a physical POS to the internet: your customer uses their card on your site, and the payment is received without staff. It suits businesses that want to offer customers single-payment and installment options.
How Does the Payment Process Work?
When your customer enters their card details, the bank checks them and the purchase is completed. Approved payments are recorded on the order automatically in the Faprika panel with the status "Payment Completed"; if the payment does not go through, the order appears as "Payment Failed".
Single Payment and Installments
You can offer your customers installment or single-payment options. Payment options are shown together at the payment step, and the customer chooses the one that suits them.
Transfer Account Movements to Your Own System
By transferring the account movements provided by Halk Bankası into your own applications, you can track your purchase and sales transactions.
Cancellation and Refund Settings
In the "Configuration > Settings > Order Settings" section, you define in which order status and with which payment method your customers can cancel their own orders. With the "Cancel Unpaid Orders" option in the same section, you can have orders whose payment is not completed within the time you set cancelled automatically.
