HepsiJet is a distribution and shipping company focused on e-commerce shipments. Faprika's HepsiJet integration lets you open the shipping record for the orders on your e-commerce site from the Faprika panel. You do not need to type order details into the carrier's system one by one or add the tracking number to the order afterwards; missing information and wrong-address errors caused by manual data entry are reduced.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
When you approve the order, the information is transferred to the carrier and a shipment record is opened. The resulting tracking number is entered into the order automatically; your customer can follow the status of their shipment with the "Where is my package?" option on the site where they shopped. You can also follow the status of your shipments from the Faprika panel.
Shipping Labels from the Panel
The shipping labels needed for shipments are generated automatically in the Faprika panel and printed from there. You do not need to prepare the label in a separate system or type in shipment details by hand; just prepare the packages and attach the label.
Cash-on-Delivery Shipping
The carrier also offers a cash-on-delivery service. Customers who do not want to use a credit card or prefer to pay when they receive the product can shop on your site with the cash-on-delivery option. This way, you manage orders paid on the site and cash-on-delivery orders with the same carrier.
Activation from the Panel
You activate the integration from the Faprika panel in a few steps and start using it. You can define the shipping fee reflected to the customer in Faprika as a desi (volumetric weight) or fixed price, and use the Shipping Settings screen to apply free shipping to orders above a certain amount.
Use Alongside Other Carriers
If you work with more than one carrier, you can use the Regional Shipping Management module (in the Elite plan) to assign this integration to specific countries, cities or districts, user groups, categories or brands. This way, each order offers the customer the shipping option suited to that region and product.
