Description
The Yurtiçi Kargo integration transfers the orders coming to your e-commerce site directly to the carrier's system. You don't need to notify the branch of orders one by one, fill in a shipment form, or enter the tracking number on the order afterward. As the daily order count grows, manually handled shipping tasks both take time and increase the risk of errors; the integration moves this load to the Faprika panel.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
The order arrives in your Faprika panel. When you approve the order, the information is sent to Yurtiçi Kargo simultaneously and a shipment record is created; the branch sees your orders in its own system. The resulting tracking number is automatically added to the order, and your customer tracks their shipment with the "Where is my package?" option.
Barcode Label and Pickup from Your Address
While preparing orders, you stick barcode labels on the packages. The carrier picks up the shipments from the address where you do the loading; you don't need to take packages to the branch. Since the label information is ready in the system, the match between the shipment and the order is never lost.
Set the Shipping Fee from the Panel
You define the shipping fee charged to the customer in Faprika by volumetric weight (desi) or as a fixed price. You don't need to set up a separate discount to make shipping free on orders above a certain amount; this setting is made from the Configuration >> Settings >> Shipping Settings screen.
Working with Multiple Carriers
You can use Yurtiçi Kargo together with other shipping integrations. With Regional Shipping Management, included in the Elite plan, you decide which carrier is offered in which region, to which user group, or for which category.
