Description
The PTT Kargo integration lets you create shipping records for the orders on your e-commerce site directly from the Faprika panel. Repetitive tasks such as typing shipment details into the carrier's system by hand or adding the tracking number to the order afterwards disappear; wrong addresses and missing information caused by manual data entry are reduced.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
Your customer places an order and you confirm it. The order details are transferred to PTT Kargo in real time and a shipment record is created. You prepare the products and stick the barcode label on the packages; on the date you specify, the courier collects the shipments from your address and starts the shipment by scanning the label.
Customer Notifications from the Carrier
The carrier sends the customer an SMS or email when the shipment is dispatched, with the estimated delivery date and the delivery confirmation. Because the tracking number is added to the order automatically, your customer can also track the shipment with the "Where is my cargo?" option on the site where they shopped.
Set Your Own Shipping Fee
You define the shipping fee passed on to the customer in Faprika, either by desi (volumetric weight) or as a fixed price. To offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount, the Shipping Settings screen is all you need.
