Hepsiburada is a marketplace that sells a wide range of products, from electronics and clothing to home goods and toys. Faprika's Hepsiburada integration transfers the products on your site to your store, prevents sold-out products from being sold by synchronizing stock, and brings incoming orders into the Faprika panel ready for packing. Sending invoices to the marketplace and accepting orders are also handled from the same panel.
Before You Start: Choose Faprika as Your Integrator
Your seller account on Hepsiburada must be open and, if required, your brand approved. In the seller panel, under Integration >> Integrator Information, you select Faprika as the integrator and obtain the Store ID and the service key you create for Faprika. You enter these two pieces of information in the Faprika panel under Hepsiburada Store >> Store Settings and activate the store. All the steps are covered in the Hepsiburada integration tutorial.
Automatic Package Creation and Invoice Link
With the "Automatic Package Creation" option, orders are made ready for shipment on the marketplace as they are brought into the Faprika panel. When "Send Invoice Link" is on, order invoices are transferred to the marketplace through the integration.
Order Acceptance and Problematic Orders
Orders without issues arrive in the panel with the "Approved" status. When an order reaches the status you selected in the Approval Order Status field, an "Accepted" request is sent to the marketplace automatically; an accepted order cannot be rejected afterwards. Orders in which a problem is detected are tracked separately under the status you define. You choose with which order channel, user group, payment type and shipping company the orders will be transferred.
Product Preparation and Transfer
Your products must have complete description, image and price information; if needed, a Hepsiburada code is entered for each product. You edit the listing title with the product name template, keep the marketplace price equal to or adjusted by a percentage using price rules, and limit the stock sent with safe stock. In category and attribute matching, required values such as shoe size, gender and color are matched automatically or manually. You start the transfer with "Update All Products"; products go on sale after the marketplace approves them. If you already have listings on the marketplace, you can pull them into the panel with reverse synchronization.
