ÇiçekSepeti is a marketplace that sells products in many categories besides flowers and gifts. Faprika's ÇiçekSepeti integration transfers the products on your site to this store, keeps stock and prices in sync, and adds incoming orders to the order flow in your Faprika panel. It suits businesses that receive heavy order volumes on special occasions and sell their products on their site and the marketplace at the same time.
How Is the Integration Set Up?
You enter the API Key you get from your ÇiçekSepeti seller account into the ÇiçekSepeti Store >> Store Settings screen in the Faprika panel and tick the "Active" checkbox. When the page refreshes, the price rules, product submission, and order options open up. The entire setup is explained step by step in the ÇiçekSepeti integration tutorial.
Automatic Order Approval
When the "Automatically Approve New Orders" option is on, new orders move automatically from "Awaiting Approval" to "Approved" and are updated on the marketplace as "To Be Shipped". After this stage the shipping company cannot be changed; a customer's cancellation request can only be completed from the ÇiçekSepeti panel with your approval. Orders where a problem is detected are tracked separately in the status you define, and orders handed to the carrier are reported to the marketplace automatically.
Your Own Shipping Agreement or the Marketplace's
If you ship under your own shipping agreement, tick the "Use Seller Shipping Agreement" option; if you will use the marketplace's agreements, leave this field blank. In the Shipping Management screen, you match the shipping companies on the marketplace with the companies on your site.
Monitoring Transfers and Unmatched Products
In category and attribute mapping, the color value must be selected as the "Color Variant Attribute"; mandatory attributes such as size and gender are mapped automatically or one by one. You start the transfer with "Resend Products That Could Not Be Created". The Bulk Operation Control screen shows which of the submitted requests succeeded, which returned errors and which are still pending. In the Unmatched Products section you can see products that have no counterpart on either side and fix them; with reverse synchronization you can pull your listings from the marketplace into the panel.
