Faprika's N11 integration transfers the products on your e-commerce site to your marketplace store and brings the orders, customer questions and shipping processes coming from there into your Faprika panel. You do not have to keep product, price and stock information in two separate places; a change you make on your site is also reflected in your marketplace listing. It suits businesses that sell on a marketplace as well as on their own site and want to bring order and stock tracking onto a single screen.
How Does the Integration Work?
You enter the API username and password you get from N11's seller panel in the N11 Store >> Store Settings screen of the Faprika panel and activate the store. Then you choose the price rules, the safety stock quantity, and which order channel, user group and payment type orders will be transferred with. You can send products with their stock codes or, if you prefer, with the N11 code you enter for each product. For step-by-step setup, see the N11 integration training.
Answering Customer Questions from the Panel
Questions asked about your products on the marketplace arrive in the Faprika panel; you are notified of new messages and write the reply from the same screen without logging in to the marketplace. Not falling behind on questions also lets you handle pre-sales communication alongside your other work.
Shipping Template and Delivery Settings
In the Shipping Management screen, you match the carriers in the delivery templates you created on N11 with the carriers you use on your site. During category matching, you set the delivery template for each category, how many days it takes to prepare the order, and whether the product is new or second-hand. City and district information is matched automatically during setup. Shipping details are not entered by hand; you get the barcoded order printout with one click.
Price, Stock and Order Rules
You can have the marketplace price calculated from your sales price or from a separate price type, increased or decreased by an amount or a percentage; the same rule also applies to the list price. The product name template organizes listing titles, and safety stock prevents stock shortages during sudden sales. Trouble-free orders arrive with the "Approved" status and are reported to N11 as "Accepted"; orders where a problem is detected are tracked separately under a status you define. An order you hand over to the carrier is reported to the marketplace automatically.
