Faprika's Kargonova integration lets you monitor shipments of products sold on your own e-commerce site and on marketplaces from a single panel. It suits businesses that want to ship their products in an integrated way with the carrier they have their own agreement with.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
When you confirm an order, the information is passed to the carrier. Operations at the carrier branch are completed automatically thanks to the integration; you do not need to print anything separately for the shipment to leave. The resulting tracking code is recorded on the order, and your customer sees where their shipment is in real time.
Monitor Shipment Dispatches from a Single Panel
You track the dispatches of orders coming from your site and marketplaces on the same screen and see up-to-date shipment statuses. Shipments can also be tracked on the carrier's website; the carrier's contact form can be used for suggestions and complaints.
Shipping Fee and Free Shipping
You set the shipping fee passed on to the customer in Faprika by desi (volumetric weight) or as a fixed price. For free shipping on orders above a certain amount, you use the Shipping Settings screen; you do not need to set up a separate discount or campaign.
