The BYEkspress Kargo integration automatically notifies the carrier's system of orders that are ready for shipment. As soon as an order is prepared, all the information needed for the shipment, from the customer's address to the payment method, is shared with the carrier. Because the information is transferred from a single source, the risk of wrong or missing data in shipping is reduced.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
When you confirm the order, the information is sent to the BYEkspress system and a shipment record is created. When the package's barcode is scanned, the order information is transferred to the carrier's system; there is no need to print a separate label afterwards. The tracking number that is generated is entered into the order automatically, and your customer follows the shipment with "Where is my parcel?".
Contact in Case of Address Errors
When there is an error in the order address, the carrier contacts you. Shipments that would be stranded or returned because of a wrong address can be corrected before the package leaves.
Step-by-Step Customer Notification
When the package is handed over to the carrier, the customer receives a "Your order is on its way" message by SMS or email. Notifications continue until delivery, and when the product is delivered the customer also receives a "Your product has been delivered" notification.
Electronic Shipping Delivery Document
The electronic delivery document provided to the customer contains the shipment number, the contact details of the departure and arrival branches, and the current status of the delivery. The shipment status can be tracked in real time.
