The Logo Accounting integration connects the e-commerce site of businesses using one of Logo's Start, Go or Tiger accounting programs to the accounting system. Product, stock, account and order operations are not carried over manually between the two systems; your accounting team works with ready-made records instead of entering sales one by one. It is the way for businesses that sell both on their own site and on marketplaces to keep stock and accounting records in the same order.
How Does the Integration Work?
Your products and stock are pulled from the accounting program to your e-commerce site. Orders arriving on your site are written to the accounting program; you can transfer orders instantly or in bulk. During the transfer, order, account and product checks are performed and missing records are processed.
Marketplace Orders Are Also Transferred to Accounting
Not only orders from your own site, but also orders from the marketplaces you are integrated with are transferred instantly or in bulk. Every order that reaches accounting includes which marketplace it came from and its shipping details. Depending on your request, e-Invoice or e-Archive operations can also be carried out within this flow.
Regular Stock Check
The integration checks your stock at regular intervals and passes the up-to-date information to the marketplaces where you sell. This prevents an out-of-stock product from being sold and the customer from being let down.
License Requirement
Tiger requires an OBJECT license; Go and Start require a database usage license.
