You define a product once in the accounting program; there is no need to enter the same information again on the site and in your marketplace stores. How Does Product and Stock Transfer Work?
The integration takes the data in the accounting program as its basis and reflects your products in the Faprika panel. Name, price and quantity changes you make on the accounting side are passed to your e-commerce site and the marketplaces you are integrated with; products you add to the accounting program can be published on these channels.
Merging with XML Supplier Data
If you have suppliers from whom you receive products via XML, the data coming from them is merged with the product source in the accounting program. With category mapping, category-based pricing ratios and customization settings, you manage products coming from different sources in a single order.
Posting Orders to Accounting via the Customer Account Record
Sales from your site and marketplaces are posted to your accounting software together with the customer's account record. Invoices can be created automatically for these orders; sales, stock and invoice data move forward on the same record.
