NetKasam is Faprika's own pre-accounting product. This integration with Faprika lets you keep sales from your e-commerce site and marketplaces in the same order as your pre-accounting records. Instead of entering orders, invoices, stock and income-expense movements one by one into two separate systems, you manage the sales and accounting sides as connected. It suits businesses that sell both on their own site and on marketplaces and want to keep their accounting simple.
How Does the Integration Work?
When you activate the integration in the Faprika panel, the income and expense movements arising from your online sales can be tracked on the pre-accounting side. Invoicing of orders runs digitally; you do not have to record the sale in one system and prepare the invoice by hand in another. This reduces inconsistencies between records and the risk of forgotten orders.
Your Own Site and Marketplaces in the Same Record
The integration covers not only sales on your e-commerce site but also your marketplace sales. Marketplace orders are synchronized with your e-commerce site; stock tracking and order management run from one place. Whichever channel you sell through, stock and order information is updated from the same source. Product and Stock Management from One Place
You do not need to work separately in each sales channel to add a new product or update stock information. You manage your products from one place and reflect up-to-date stock information to the channels you sell through.
