Moka is a payment institution that enables businesses to accept online card payments. With the integration in Faprika, this virtual POS is connected to the payment step of your e-commerce site; your customers complete their purchase with a credit or debit card, and the payment information reaches your panel together with the order. It suits businesses that want to add card sales to their site's payment step.
How Are Payment and Order Matched?
When the customer enters their card details and confirms the payment, the transaction is processed through the payment institution. The order with a successful payment automatically moves to the "Payment Completed" status in the Faprika panel; if 3D verification fails or the card is closed to online shopping, the order is marked "Payment Not Received." You do not need to separately check which order has been paid.
Collection by Credit Card and Debit Card
The integration supports payment by credit card and debit card. Your customer completes the purchase at the payment step with the card they have.
Fraud Control and Data Security
Payments go through the payment institution's fraud control and data security measures. This way you protect your business against suspicious transactions and offer your customer a secure payment environment.
Cancellation, Refund and Reporting
Cancellation and refund requests are managed through the order in the Faprika panel; the steps are explained in the Cancellation and Refund Operations guide. In the Elite plan, credit card refunds can be made directly from the panel. You can follow the breakdown of your collections in the payment institution's reporting screens.
