Description
PayTR is a virtual POS payment method that works with all credit cards. With the integration in Faprika, you can accept payment for orders placed on your site with credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards. Setup consists of a few settings made in the payment provider’s panel and the Faprika panel; you do not need to develop any software.
How Is Setup Done?
First, a store account is created at PayTR. In the store panel, under "Settings", in the "Notification URL" section, select "Faprika" and save. Then, in the Faprika panel, open the payment type via "Configuration >> Payment Settings >> Payment Types", set it to "Active" and save. On the "Edit Payment Type" screen, enter the API integration details from the "Information" area of the store panel and select the store currency.
Test Order and Going Live
Check the "Test Environment Active" option and save, then fetch the installment options with "Fetch Installment Information". Place a test order from your site and select "Credit Card" as the payment type to see that the integration works. Once the test succeeds, turn off the test environment in Faprika and switch to "Live Mode" from the payment provider’s panel. All steps with screenshots are in the PayTR Setup guide.
Payment Status on the Order
In the live environment, successful card payments are recorded on the order as "Payment Completed"; orders whose payment was not received appear under a separate status. This way you can tell which orders to prepare by looking at the payment information.
Fraud Control and Data Protection
The payment provider’s fraud control helps detect fraudulent payments; data protection measures keep customer information confidential.
