The UPS Kargo integration lets you create the shipment record and barcode label for orders from your site directly in the Faprika panel. Order details reach the shipping branch in real time; you only need to print the labels and stick them on the packages. Entering shipment data into a separate system and adding tracking numbers by hand is no longer necessary.
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
Your customer places an order on your site. Once you prepare the products and move the order to the shipping process, the information is sent to UPS Kargo in a single step and the branch sees the order details. The shipment's barcode label appears on your screen; you print it and stick it on the boxes. The tracking number is added to the order automatically.
Follow-Up on Address Problems
When there is a problem with the delivery address, the shipping branch contacts you, so shipments that would otherwise be returned because of an incorrect address can be corrected before they leave for delivery.
Delivery from Your Address and Tracking
You do not need to take the packages to a branch; the carrier picks the shipments up from your address. The customer is notified by the carrier via SMS or email when the shipment is handed over, and follows the whole process on the carrier's tracking page and sees the delivery notification after delivery.
Separate Shipping for International Delivery Regions
With Regional Shipping Management in the Elite plan, you can restrict carriers by country; for example, you can make UPS Kargo available only for delivery regions outside Türkiye and work with another carrier domestically.
