Description
The VakıfBank virtual POS integration lets you accept payments on your e-commerce site by credit card and debit card. Cards bearing the Visa, Mastercard, American Express and TROY logos are accepted; you can also collect payment on purchases made with cards issued abroad. Because your payment system works together with your store management, you carry out the collection, cancellation and refund steps without switching to a separate screen.
How Does the Payment Process Work?
In the payment step, your customer enters the card details and the security code; the transaction is verified through the security code check. Successful payments are recorded automatically on the order in the Faprika panel with the "Payment Completed" status. You can view your daily and total sales details as a list and monitor your card sales with reports.
Installments on Cards in the World Program
The VakıfBank virtual POS is listed in Faprika together with the World card program. You can offer installment options on credit cards with the World feature. You also accept single-payment transactions from other credit cards and debit cards.
Cancel and Refund from the Panel
Because your payment system works in connection with your store program, you do not need to enter the bank's interface for cancellations and refunds. In the Elite plan, credit card refunds are made directly from the Faprika panel; refund requests are listed in the "Orders > Return Requests" tab.
