How Does the Integration Work?
Once your MobilDev account is connected to Faprika, SMS messages are sent through this infrastructure. Automatic messages such as order and membership notifications are managed from Faprika's message templates; when you enable SMS in a template, the relevant notification is also sent to the customer as an SMS.
Permission and Data Management
Permission management includes permission-based database management, opt-out notification management, commercial communication permission management and cookie management services. On the data management side, data validation and Turkish ID number lookup services are offered.
Outgoing and Incoming Messaging
For outgoing communication, SMS and email marketing tools, message sending to a target audience and short, personalized links can be used. Incoming communication includes collecting replies and feedback, interactive landing pages and two-way SMS communication. One-time passwords (OTP), bulk email and bulk MMS are also among the services.
