Picking Staff Active

Picking Staff User Group
To activate order picking staff, you need to do so through a specific user group. For example, by selecting the "Warehouse" user group, you can ensure that only the relevant staff appear on the page where you perform verification. Allowed Order Statuses
In this field you can select specific order statuses. For example, if you select the "Approved" status, the system will not allow verification of a cancelled order. Allow Verification Without Barcode
On this page you can easily carry out your order verification with barcode scanners. If your products have no barcodes, there is no need to worry. Change Order Status – Selected Order Status
With the change order status setting, you can have the order status updated automatically after verification. This speeds up your business processes and removes the need for manual intervention. For example, when you verify an order in the "approved" status, the system will automatically update its status to "completed". Send to Shipping Integration
This feature automatically notifies the carrier of the verified order and tracks the entire delivery process. When the relevant settings are made on the Shipping Settings page, it manages all operations from the carrier's invoicing to delivery to the door. Shipping Status “Shipment Sent” Option
This option is a setting that needs particular care. If this field is selected after order verification and the Faprika SMS and email system is active, this information is sent to the customer automatically. However, this can cause some timing issues. For example, if the verification for a shipment that will be issued and processed in the evening is done in the morning, the customer may ask questions such as "where is the tracking number" or "where is my product". This can lead to many phone calls or messages. Therefore, taking timing into account when using this option can help increase customer satisfaction.
Send to ERP Integration Feature
If your business uses ERP/accounting software, this Faprika feature sends your orders to the ERP system automatically.
