What Is Telsam?

Telsam is a licensed voice operator and telecommunications company that provides call center and fixed voice services.

What Services Does It Offer Us in the Faprika Panel?

If you want order status notifications to be sent to customers who shop on your site by SMS in addition to email, you need to use this service and register with Telsam.

For example, if you want an SMS verification link to be sent to customers who shop with the "Cash on Delivery" or "Bank Transfer" payment type, you need to integrate your Telsam details into Faprika.

How Is Telsam Integrated with Faprika?

First, you need to register at https://www.telsam.com.tr/; then, after following the steps "Add-ons >> Telsam" in the Faprika panel, it is enough to enter the username and password given to you in the relevant fields and click "Save".

After entering our Telsam details in the add-ons area and clicking save, our credit (SMS balance) information should appear.

If you cannot see your SMS credits as shown in the image, you can check your username and password or contact Telsam to verify the details.

Warning: The username and password you enter for Telsam in the Faprika add-ons area must not be confused with API credentials.
