Trendyol Marketplace Integration
Trendyol is one of Türkiye's leading e-commerce platforms and offers the potential to reach thousands of customers. At Faprika, we guide you step by step to integrate your business with Trendyol. This training content explains step by step how the Trendyol integration is done and helps you strengthen your business's online presence even further.
Now let's look at the steps required to start the Trendyol integration and manage it effectively.
Getting Started with the Trendyol Store Integration
There are important steps to consider before starting the Trendyol integration. In this section, you will find the steps you need to take for your business to succeed on Trendyol.
Open Your Account and Get Your Brand Approved
First, you need to create an account on Trendyol. Then, your brand must be approved by Trendyol. During this process, make sure you meet the criteria set by Trendyol.
Prepare Your Products
For the products you have added to your control panel to be transferred to Trendyol, they must be ready. Make them attractive to potential customers by listing and presenting your products properly.
Configure Your Store Settings
To activate your Trendyol store and start the integration, you need to configure your store settings. To do this, simply click the Trendyol Store >> Store Settings tab.

Trendyol Store Settings
Configuring your store settings is an important step in starting the Trendyol integration. Below you can find, step by step, how to configure these settings:
- Supplier Number: You must enter the Supplier Number you received from the Trendyol marketplace in the relevant field. This number represents the unique identity of the product supplier you want to work with.
- API Username: You must enter the API Username you received from the Trendyol marketplace in the relevant field. This information is used to gain access to the Trendyol API.
- API User Password: You must enter the API User Password you received from the Trendyol marketplace in the relevant field. This password is used to ensure secure access to the API.
- Active Button: After correctly entering all the required information, you must tick the "Active" button and save the changes. This starts the Trendyol integration.
After completing these steps, you will have configured your Trendyol store settings correctly and can continue with the integration process.

Integration Settings
After saving, the page will refresh and the fields you need to edit will open. Here we explain these steps in detail:
Feed by Marketplace Code
When you activate this option, you can send your products with codes you define specifically for the marketplace. When the option is active, each of your products must have a unique Trendyol Code. If you do not tick this option, your products will be sent with the value you entered in the Stock Code.
Send Invoice Link
When you want to transfer order invoices through the integration, you need to activate this button. Thanks to this feature, you can send customers the invoices of their orders. This helps you make the process more transparent and increase customer satisfaction.
After editing these settings and setting your preferences, you can complete your integration process by saving your changes.
Price Value
First, you need to set a price value for your products to be transferred to the marketplace. Let's assume this value is 10. It represents the value by which your product prices will be transferred to the marketplace. This value will be transferred to the marketplace according to the selected calculation method and calculation type.
Price Type
"Price Type" specifies the pricing type to be used when transferring your products to the marketplace. This field is used to determine how the prices of the products you offer for sale on your website are transferred. Here are some examples:
- If you use a special price type for the marketplace, you must select the relevant price type from this field. For example, if you assigned a price to your products as "Price Type – 1", you should make this selection.
- If you want to submit based on the Selling Price, you can choose the "Selling Price" option. This ensures that the selling prices of your products are transferred directly to the marketplace.
Calculation Type
The "Calculation Type" option lets you specify how product prices are calculated. There are two options:
- Amount: If you choose this option, you can increase or decrease product prices by a specific amount. This amount is determined by the value you enter in the "Price Value" field.
- Percentage: If you want to increase or decrease prices as a percentage, you can use this option. Again, this percentage is determined by the value you enter in the "Price Value" field.
Calculation Direction
"Calculation Direction" determines how your product prices are calculated. There are two options:
- Increase: If you choose this option, product prices will be increased by the amount or percentage you specify.
- Decrease: If you want to lower prices, you can choose this option. Product prices will be reduced by the amount or percentage you specify.
List Price
The settings mentioned above also apply to the list price value. Therefore, the same calculation type and direction can be used for list prices as well.
After setting your preferences, you can save the changes and have your product prices transferred to the marketplace according to these settings.

Product Feed Options
You must use a unique identifier when transferring your products to the marketplace. Here are these identifier options:
Product Barcode
- Active: When you activate this option, you will use a unique code called "Product Barcode" when transferring your products to the marketplace. This code must be different for each of your products. If your products have barcodes, we recommend using this option.
- Off: If your products do not have barcodes or you do not want to use this option, you can turn it off. In that case, the "Product Stock Code" will be used as the unique identifier of your products.
Product Stock Code
- Unique Identifier: If the "Product Barcode" option is off, the "Product Stock Code" will be used as the unique identifier. This will be the unique identifier of each of your products on the marketplace.
Note: Once your products have been published on the marketplace, changing this option is not recommended, because marketplaces track products by their unique identifiers.
After setting these options, you will have determined the unique identifiers to be used when transferring your products to the marketplace.
Safe Stock: If the stock quantity is below the entered value when a product is transferred to the marketplace, only the missing quantity is sent. For example, for a product with a stock quantity of 5, if your safe stock quantity is 2 and the stock quantity is 2 or less, only the missing 3 products are sent. This way, you can keep your stock quantity safe.
Problem Order Status: If the system detects any problem while processing marketplace orders, it automatically changes the order status to a selected status. For example, by creating a new order status called "Problem Orders" on the Configuration >> Settings >> Order Settings page, you can track the relevant orders. Your problem-free orders first arrive in the system with the "Approved" status. When you change the shipping status to "Shipped", an automatic notification is sent to the marketplace for the relevant order. This notification can be used as a reference to prevent customer-initiated cancellations that reach Trendyol Customer Service.

Order Channel: To select the order channel to be used when transferring Trendyol orders to your e-commerce site, you can use the Configuration >> Settings >> Order Settings page. By creating a new order channel there, you can define how Trendyol orders are routed.
Payment Type: You must select the payment type to be used when transferring Trendyol orders to your e-commerce site. This option lets you determine how orders are processed and which payment methods apply. By selecting the relevant payment type, you can route your orders correctly.
User Group: To select the user group to be used when transferring Trendyol orders to your e-commerce site, you can create a separate user group called Marketplace under Configuration >> Users >> User Groups and select it. This assigns Trendyol orders to a specific user group for better tracking and management.
Shipping Company: You must select the shipping company to be used when transferring Trendyol orders to your e-commerce site. This lets you determine the shipping method and the carrier of the orders. Remember to select the appropriate shipping company so that your Trendyol orders are dispatched correctly.
Trendyol Shipping Company: The shipping companies you use when dispatching products must be compatible with the shipping company you approved in your Trendyol marketplace contract. Using a different shipping company may prevent your products from going live. Therefore, make sure to choose the shipping company you agreed on with Trendyol.
Shipping Address: You must select the shipping address registered on Trendyol. This helps you route your orders correctly and ensures your products reach your customers properly.
Return Address: You must select the return address registered on Trendyol. This helps you manage your customers' return processes properly and increases customer satisfaction.

Trendyol Store >> Product Management
When you switch to the Trendyol Store >> Product Management tab, you need to configure the product submission settings after completing your store settings. When you open the product management page, you are greeted by the "Operations", "Reverse Synchronization" and "Product Submission Settings" sections. These steps help you integrate your products into Trendyol successfully.

Reverse Synchronization: With this button, you can pull the products on Trendyol into the Trendyol Store >> Product Management page.
Operations: The Operations button lets you send a create request for all products in the panel. This way you can update product information, stock status and prices.
Product Submission Settings: You can use this section to specify which products from your website you want transferred to the Trendyol marketplace. For example, you can send products belonging to a certain category or tag. You can customize your submission settings with a range of filtering options. When filtering is done, you can click the "Search" button to see how many products will be sent. After finishing the filtering, you can complete your product submission settings with the "Save" button in the upper right corner.
Filters you need to apply when sending products to marketplaces:
- Advanced Search: Products with Images
- Product Type: Regular Products
- Status: Active Products

Trendyol Store >> Category Management: To successfully transfer products to the Trendyol marketplace, you need to complete the Category and Attribute mappings.
- Update Trendyol Categories: After opening Trendyol Store >> Category Management in your control panel, click the "Update Trendyol Categories" button in the top right corner.
- Category Mapping: Once the update is complete, you need to map the categories on your website to Trendyol categories. Click the "Edit" button to the right of a category name and a search bar will appear. In this field, type the Trendyol category you want to match that category with. After making your selection, click the "Update" button. This maps the category on Trendyol and on your website successfully.
- Attribute Mapping: Next, you need to map the attributes in this category. To match attributes, use the "Match" button on the same screen. Once you complete this step, your products will be listed on Trendyol in the correct categories and with the correct attributes.

Attribute Mapping and Value Matching:
- Update the Mapping List: After entering the attribute mapping area, update the mapping list with the "Update Mapping List" button in the top right corner.
- Required and Optional Attributes: After the mapping list is updated, the required and optional attributes will appear. Required attributes represent values that must be present on your products. For example, required attributes such as Size, Gender and Color must be present on your products. The other attributes are optional, meaning you can add them to your products if you wish. You can tell which attributes are required by the green check mark next to them.
- Add the Attribute Values: You need to enter the attribute values that suit your products. For example, for the Size attribute within a category, you should add the appropriate size options.
- Match Values Automatically: To match values automatically, you can use the "Match Values Automatically" button in the top right corner. This will help you speed up the process.
By following these steps, you can make sure your products are listed on Trendyol in the correct categories and with the correct attributes.

Manual Matching of Variations and Attribute Values:
- Click the "Edit" button next to the relevant variation or attribute. Let's take the "Size" variation as an example.
- Click the "Match Value" button to view the existing values. For example, if the Size value of a product on your website is "35" and the value coming from Trendyol is also "35", you need to match these values.
- After matching the relevant values, confirm the changes with a "Save" or similar button. This lets you match your variation or attribute values manually.
This way, you can match your variation and attribute values correctly and present your products on Trendyol properly.

Brand Mapping:
- Go to your Trendyol Store management panel and open the "Brand Management" section.
- Click the "Update Trendyol Brands" button in the top right corner to update the brands on Trendyol in your infrastructure. This brings up a current list of the brands you need to match with Trendyol.
- Once the process is complete, click "Edit" or a similar button to make this mapping. This lets you match the brands on your website with the brands on the Trendyol marketplace.
- When matching, pair each brand with its counterpart. For example, make sure a brand on Trendyol matches the brand on your website.
- When you have finished the mapping, click the appropriate button to save the changes. Your brands will now be matched with Trendyol.
Thanks to brand mapping, the products you offer for sale on Trendyol are shown with the correct brand information. This helps customers find and buy the right products.

To complete the transfer of products to the Trendyol marketplace, you can follow the steps below:
- In your control panel, go to the Trendyol Store section and click "Product Management".
- Then go to the "Actions" section and click the "Resend Products Not Created" button.
